You can book online or by contacting us directly. Choose your castle, date, and we’ll handle the rest. All that is required is a £20 deposit.
Yes, our castles are regularly inspected, cleaned, and comply with safety standards. As an added measure, we spray disinfectant on our castles after setup.Â
Our costs are per booking and not per hour. The main bulk of time is the drop off, set up and collection which needs to be covered.
Normally all day however we can plan around your event. Our aim to ensure you get a minimum of 6 hours.Â
Yes, our team handles both setup and takedown to ensure safety and convenience.
We monitor weather conditions closely. If rain is expected, we may reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. The same goes for high winds.Â
At present, we only have 1 castle which is suitable for adults. After your castle is set up, we will explain the safety rules and confirm whether your castle is suitable for adults. The general rule is if the walls are over 8ft high, it’s safe for adults.Â
Yes, a deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking and will be held as the cleaning deposit – with the full balance due on the day. If the castle is clean on collection, you will be refunded the deposit.
We serve Colchester and nearby areas. Small fees apply for areas outside of Colchester such as Witham, Sudbury and Tendring. Beyond these areas, please contact us and we can confirm delivery costs.
Cancellations made 7 days in advance are fully refundable or transferrable. Less than 7 days, the deposit is transferrable; you can use it against a future date.Â
Yes we are. We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance and can provide proof.Â
Once the booking is confirmed, the week before your booking we will call or message you to ensure the event is still going ahead. Whilst normally this is done on a Friday, we may make contact earlier in the week to confirm timings.
Unfortunately no, whilst we wish to accommodate every delivery request. It’s not guaranteed. We plan our routes based on location and requested delivery times. In some cases, we may have a clash on timings where we simply cannot be in 2 places at once. We will review both and find a solution. In some cases, this means dropping the castle the day before if it’s available.
