Yes, our castles are regularly inspected, cleaned, and comply with safety standards. As an added measure, we spray disinfectant on our castles after setup.
Our costs are per booking and not per hour. The main bulk of time is the drop off, set up and collection which needs to be covered.
Normally all day however we can plan around your event. Our aim to ensure you get a minimum of 6 hours.
Yes, our team handles both setup and takedown to ensure safety and convenience.
We monitor weather conditions closely. If rain is expected, we may reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. The same goes for high winds.
At present, we do not have any castles suitable for adults.
Yes, a deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking.
We serve Colchester and nearby villages, but contact us if you’re outside this range to discuss options.
Cancellations made 7 days in advance are fully refundable.
