GabSav's Party Hire Safety Guidelines and Hire Agreement
To ensure a fun and safe experience for all, please carefully read and follow these instructions:
- The person hiring the bouncy castle is responsible for ensuring its safe use and preventing damage to the equipment.
- An adult must supervise the bouncy castle at all times.
- Unless specifically hired for adult use, our bouncy castles are for children up to 12 years old. Adults and children must never use the bouncy castle simultaneously.
- Avoid overcrowding. Limit the number of users based on their age and size. We recommend separating children of significantly different ages.
- Prohibit rough play, pushing, or any behavior that could harm others.
- Keep food, drinks, and chewing gum away from the bouncy castle to prevent choking and messes.
- Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before use.
- Face paint, party poppers, streamers, and silly string are not allowed on or near the castle.
- No smoking or BBQs in the vicinity of the bouncy castle.
- Keep pets away from the equipment.
- Do not allow climbing or sitting on the castle walls.
- The front step is for entering and exiting only, not for bouncing.
- Anyone with back or neck problems, feeling unwell, or on medication should not use the castle.
- Turn off the blower when the castle is not in use.
- Keep the area around the blower off-limits to children.
- Do not use the castle if the jumping surface becomes wet. In case of rain, cease use if no rain cover is provided.
- For heavy rain, switch off the equipment. You may dry any moisture with a towel.
- If the equipment malfunctions, immediately evacuate all users.
- Only authorized GabSav's staff should move the castle or handle the electrical equipment.
- Return the castle in clean, undamaged condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling or damage.
